This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
